Shipping Information

We ship from Australia and offer a flat rate of $15 per order with free shipping for orders over $120.
 In Australia we send all our orders Express using Australia Post.
We strive to ship your online order within 2 business days of receiving it.  If your order is time sensitive or you have any questions about shipping times please don’t hesitate to get in touch at sarah@murphyanddaughters.com or call +61 412 106 827.
We use express shipping to the U.S. via FEDEX and this takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on the delivery address. We offer complimentary shipping over $120  (after discount) and offer flat rates. Please note, orders over $800 are subjected to possible taxes and duties. 
When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder (it’s usually in there). If you still can’t locate it, please email us at sarah@murphyanddaughters.com.au and we will re-send it to you.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly authorise an exchange or provide an online credit for online purchases only once we receive the item(s) back unused and unopened. Please note requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your online order.  We do not provide refunds. Credits and exchanges will be made less original shipping costs. If you have received 'Free Shipping' on your original order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your exchange or credit. 
Note: Any items purchased at a discounted price or with a special offer or discount or deal are not exchangeable and cannot be refunded.
To organise an exchange or credit, please send an email to sarah@murphyanddaughters.com.au and include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We will get back to you ASAP confirming the exchange and instructions on how to proceed. Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us. Please ensure all packages are clearly marked as 'Australian Goods'.
If you would like to return an item but do not want to do an exchange, we will issue you an online store credit once we receive the item(s) back. This credit will be valid online only and will never expire.
Please allow 5-10 working days for us to process your request once we have received delivery back. 
All items returned must be in re-saleable condition (unused, unopened) with the original packing slip/receipt. All sale items are final sale.
